Hi guys, Just let you know about some feedback we received yesterday. We had some Germans in and before they left they made a point of telling us what they thought. Quote: “You have the best coffee in Scotland” Obviously delighted with this and thought I would share it with you as it is your coffee. Cheers, Nick
Youri Just a quick note to say thanks for the coffee, & for putting me in touch with Jason The machine is in full working order – makes a big difference to the flavour when you don’t have to toggle the on off button losing the good stuff down the backwash, but avoiding getting coffee on the ceiling. The Rimini blend is fantastic – great flavour & aroma. You may get an enquiry from a colleague. I’ve strongly recommended he give your beans a try. Regards Chris

What can you tell me about freshness?Freshness is really, really important. Our coffee is packed straight after roasting in heat sealed packaging keeping the coffee as fresh as possible. We also offer free shipping to promote weekly orders and serving your customers with the freshest coffee possible. Once you open the packaging air gets to the coffee and deteriorates quickly. Please only leave the beans in the grinder for one day and grind the coffee fresh for each coffee. Ground coffee does not store or last at all. It needs to be ground to order for each and every cup at a time. A couple of minutes will already make a difference. |
