Monsoon Malabar blend
A medium to medium dark roast of India Monsoon Malabar and friends. Monsoon Malabar is an aged coffee which has a distinct flavour. We blended the Monsoon with our washed El Salvador from Las Isabellas and our naturally processed Brazil coffee from Fazenda Pinhal.
Roasted between medium and medium-to-dark.
A coffee with notes of hazelnut and milk chocolate.
