Three of us had a great day touching up our barrista skills, learning about the coffee making process from the origins of the coffee bean to my first sip of a perfectly extracted espresso and generally having a laugh with Tim who's a top guy and really knows his coffee. I took enough notes to be able to re-teach myself at home if I forget the skills Tim taught us. - Lance J

A fantastic day with Youri who was the perfect host and trainer. We learned everything needed to become a good barista, taking us though every step from (dare i say it) 'Bean to cup'! Just completed a 2 day course on "How to Start a Coffee Shop". It was the best thing for anyone who is thinking of opening their own coffee shop could do. It was very informative, enjoyable and increased my passion in running my own coffee shop! Thank you Howard and Youri. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience :) - Neesha

I had a wonderful time with you. It is refreshing to be instructed by someone with a real passion for the subject. I would heartily recommend the course to anyone who has a taste for coffee and who wants to be able to make the coffee that they look for but can't find. This was an incredible course, it was a gift from my wife for our anniversary was totally surprised when we were heading to Doncaster. I arrived to this real friendly enviroment was greeted by Youri and Howard, I was truly blessed to have a one on one with Youri for the 2 day Barista course, damn that man is a fountain of knowledge with so much passion..was awesome teaching. It was great to see the heart of what they are about, it shows in everything they do I really recommend Limini Coffee!! Thee best tasting Coffee, Youri and Howard your guys ROCK!! As a surprise birthday present my wife booked me on one of Youri's half day courses back in October which I thoroughly enjoyed. Youri was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and genuinely helped me to maximise on the learning opportunity. I came away knowing a lot more about coffee and how to appreciate the elements which go into making a good cup of coffee. Since attending the course I have purchased an espresso coffee machine and a coffee grinder from Youri and his customer service and support throughout has been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending either Youri's course or in supplying coffee making equipment. - Roy
