Course was amazing!! We went on this course to get an understanding of what it would take to set up a coffee shop. We left the course more excited than ever to progress with this venture. This is all because of Vicky and Nathan and the rest of the team. They were all so welcoming. So much information was provided that has helped us develop our coffee skills and knowledge. I was a little unsure about traveling all the way from USA to UK just for a two-day coffee course but I can now confidently say that it was more than worth it. I was lucky enough to receive How To Start a Coffee Shop training with Vicki. It was a truly inspiring experience. Vicki was an amazing person who was able to create a comfortable atmosphere that allowed her to answer all of my questions and even raised certain questions that I had not even thought of beforehand. She was incredibly informative and even went out of her way to gear the information towards me and my business model so that the info would be still useful in the USA. Me and my husband Adam had a pleasure to take part in How to start a coffee shop training with Vicki. What an amazing experience! Great time full of hands on experience (working with coffee machine, preparing amazing espresso, foaming milk and beginnings of latte art. We feel so much more confident now, and coffee prepared at home tastes so much better now ;) Not only Vicki's knowledge about coffee and coffee business is huge but it is also supported by her experience in the field. The sensational addition to the course was the fact that while absorbing knowledge we could observe the process of roasting coffee - priceless! 1-1 Barista training. Spent a great day with Nathan learning all there is to know about coffee and more!! The training facility is excellent with many different espresso machines, grinders, tampers etc…. Nathan is a very good trainer, explaining things well with lots of enthusiasm and patience! He is very encouraging and engaging. Really enjoyed every minute from the hands-on training to make the perfect coffee, latte art and the behind the scenes tour of the roasting and packing facility made the day complete. The time flew by! I would highly recommend the course to anyone wanting to improve/enhance their Barista skills. - Annie Pearson

My mum & I I have just finished the 2 day 'how to open a coffee shop' course with Vicki. WOW, this course if fantastic and a must for anyone considering starting a coffee shop. Thanks so much for the training last week guys! Nathan was amazing and so patient with our rabble! I've been up for training at least 3 times so far with my staff and I learn something new every time.
