I had the pleasure of a 1 to 1 barista course with Vicki this week just gone, I cannot recommend Limini Coffee enough for anything coffee related. Absolutely fantastic, brilliant and 100% over delivery on what we thought we were going to be learning. Anyone considering opening a coffee shop must do this training first. This was a real eye opener for myself and my partners. Each and everyone one of us were blown away by everything over these last 2 days of training. What Youri, the owner of Limini offers is simply outstanding, the Limini venue is nothing less than superb. Our trainer for the two days was Vicki who we cannot praise enough. Vicki's breadth of knowledge in this sector is mind blowing allowing her to deliver the training in a great informative and fun way but also being thought provoking, raising questions and making you question some of your previous beliefs of how and what you are going to be doing in your business, all in a very positive way. Our only regret after doing this training was not doing it sooner. Seriously, this training will open your eyes and save you from making so many mistakes, saving you literally thousands of pounds and saving your business from failing. The support pack alone, as far as I'm concerned is worth more than the money we paid for our training and there were 4 of us. You will not be disappointed if you do this training but you could regret it if you don't. Don't be fooled in thinking this is just another barista training course as this is so much more, you will obviously do barista training and latte art, which Vicki is excellent at too, but this is in depth business training like you wont believe on the do's, dont's, how and how not too, anything and everything you need to know and understand is covered. Youri, Vicki and the rest of the Limini family, thank you so much for everything I wish I could express myself better, just how good this training was. - Jonty Johnson

100% recommend this course to anyone looking to start their coffee shop dream. Very insightful and detailed even though we had to rush through as we were only on the 1 day course. I had the best day at coffee training with Vicky, I learnt so much and my latte art has really improved!!! The day was so fun and went so quickly I didn't want it to end. It was great to learn about grinding and extraction and the behind the scenes workings of a coffee machine too. The coffee standards we sell at our coffee shop have now improved so much since the training and we are really grateful to Vicky for helping us with the knowledge we needed for that - our customers are loving our newly refined coffee skills! Limini are a fantastic and unique company - we had a training course with them and it was a brilliant couple of days full of insight, coffee making and all the info you need for the world of coffee and coffee shops. It was fascinating to visit their roastery too and to see what goes on in this part of the coffee production process. This is probably one of the best decisions I've made! The team was so helpful on the phone and managed to set up the theory course for me online, which was great as it meant I didn't have to travel 3 hours! The course was very structured and detailed, and Vicki made sure to go through all the bits I didn't get (which was a lot, I'm a total beginner!) so that I understood each part. I cannot recommend this course highly enough if you've got a bit stuck with planning. Plus the resources and the ongoing support are invaluable. Thank you so much! - Samantha

I attended the How to Start a Coffee Shop course with Vicki and it exceeded all my expectations. I have already purchased the property for my coffee shop but have been overwhelmed with everything I need to do to get the business up and running. Vicki broke everything down into manageable chunks, providing her own extensive knowledge and experience along with some amazing (yet simple) spreadsheets and literature to help along the way. She even managed to make VAT interesting! We also discussed coffee, the importance of freshness, roasting, grinding etc and I experienced the art of making the (almost) perfect flat white!. 7 hours flew by and I left yesterday feeling motivated and confident and can't wait to get this coffee shop up and running - and I will be back for some barista and latte art training!
