Our son got us one of your Barista training courses for Christmas and we booked it for last week. Our trainer was Vicky. We arrived early and we're made very welcome by your staff. We waited in your comfortable lounge and I was able to watch the roasting process and the roaster was able answer any questions I had. The course started on time and the enthusiasm and knowledge of Vicki about all things coffee was brilliant and she made us feel very at ease. Vicki showed us how to make all the different types of coffee and then let us loose on the machines, helping us out where necessary but never intrusive. Also showed and tried the different method of steaming milk and a try at latte art. The course lasted well over the allotted time so we could be shown all we needed and we've taken a lot away to improve our coffee making at home. Would definitely recommend this course - 5 star. Myself and my partner attended the 2 on 1 barista training on 8th June and were looked after by Nathan for the afternoon. We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Nathan was exceptionally knowledgable, very professional and friendly. We are coffee hobbyists, not looking to enter into the coffee business, but we learned so much which we can take back to our kitchens and our non industrial espresso machines and try out. The staff at Limini were very welcoming and friendly. A great afternoon and recommended if you like your coffee. - Martyn Slack

This was a very comprehensive training course for budding baristas nothing is left out and able to try lots of different coffee milk preparation how to add to the coffee in lots of different ways. No pressure on you shown a number of times if required. - Howard lee Fowler

I can't recommend the 'How To Set Up A Coffee Shop' course enough. Admittedly it is a whirlwind of information, however; the amount of information and the thought-out level of detail is phenomenal. Nothing is missing. 1 on 1 makes sense and is worth every penny. Vicki and the team are great, knowledgeable and most importantly very personable. I learned a lot from the practical elements of the course but even more from the business side. Vicki did catch me off guard a bit when asking me to make an Oat Cappuccino off the hoof on the second morning, but I think I did ok. I feel a lot more confident in what can be achieved thanks to Vicki and her team. A massive thank you, Martin Jones

I can't recommend the Limini 'How To Set Up A Coffee Shop' course enough to anyone looking for support and confidence in taking that next step... I finished the course last week and am still buzzing...and my head is full of all the new information and brilliant tips/advice I got during my time there. Vicki is a superb teacher as her obvious expertise, knowledge and experience are twinned with an infectious enthusiasm which kept me engaged throughout - even when I was going through my caffeine lulls! Being 1:1, I was able to ask questions as and when they came and nothing was too much trouble for Vicki. The balance between practical learning with the coffee making/latte art versus the nitty-gritty of spreadsheets, legalities, finances, location, VAT, personnel..etc is spot on. I have so much material and new knowledge to apply to my venture, I couldn't have hoped to have had a better shot in the arm to make my dream a reality. Had the best afternoon learning the ropes from Vicki on my barista journey. I just need to put it all into practice now. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, learning how it starts with the coffee bean to its arrival in our cups, and I even managed some latte art. Vicki was very gracious about my designs. From novice to hesitant barista in 3 hours. I recommend the course for anyone who enjoys a great coffee to a would be barista like me. Louise

WOW....what a dayyyy.....my head is still buzzing with facts and figures...in a totally good way. I came down for the one day...how to start a coffee shop....course.T tally blown away with the amount of info and help provided. Vicky was an amazing trainer, so easy to talk to and explained all the dos and donts in an understandable way.....Then onto practical barista skills and an insight into roasting with Nathan.....I could have picked his brains for hours !!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed my day and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for help and advice to start up a business. Oh.....and the coffee is delishhhhh ☺️ - Lesley

Course was amazing!! We went on this course to get an understanding of what it would take to set up a coffee shop. We left the course more excited than ever to progress with this venture. This is all because of Vicky and Nathan and the rest of the team. They were all so welcoming. So much information was provided that has helped us develop our coffee skills and knowledge.
