I would like to say how grateful I have been to Vicki and Limini Coffee for the help and expertise in setting up my business. Right from the initial email enquiry. The advice and support offered is second to none with the bonus of amazing Coffee too. I would throughly reccomend Limini's 'Starting your own Coffee Shop Course' to anyone contemplating that direction. Just recently attended the 2 day ‘How to start a Coffee shop course' with Vicki as my tutor. This course is a must for anyone involved with running a coffee shop. Vicki was an excellent teacher who explained everything so it was easy to understand. Vicki is a credit to the company and I can't wait to start my working relationship with Limini Coffee. Wow what a brilliant course! Having recently splurged on an espresso machine I quickly realised I had all the gear and no idea. Luckily Vicki at Limini took us on a 4 hour journey on all things coffee, from bean to cup. I learned an incredible amount on this hands on course and am so glad I did it - I even managed to create some passable latte art! I can't recommend the Barista Workshop enough - Chris Pady

I had a fantastic experience and came away from the 4 hour course feeling that my knowledge and understanding of coffee and everything related had grown significantly. Also that I would like to further my knowledge and have the opportunity to practice making great coffee and learn more about coffee in general Vicki was a super tutor immediately making me feel at ease and her passion for coffee was very evident along with being attentive, engaging, supportive, enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and skilful. The pace, content, delivery style, space and resources were all spot on and it was great to see that everyone who was working at Limini Coffee looked to be very happy in their work. Me and my dad attended the latte art training course in July. I am a trainee barista and my dad had come just for the experience and out of pure interest. We were both catered for amazingly. The afternoon was everything we were wanting from the course. I have come away with a lot more knowledge and experience than I had before, ready to apply it to my own barista career. My dad just had an overall great time and we both give it a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone. Baristas and coffee enthusiasts alike! - Holly Thorp

The most incredible two days learning about how to start a coffee shop. I cannot express how brilliant this course was. Vicki packed in an incredible amount of information into the two days and it's been more valuable than any other course I've been on. The course was very inspiring but also realistic and helps you gauge what parts of your business you need to work on etc. It was also excellent value for money and I'm just annoyed I didn't do this course sooner as it really saves time and money when you're brand new to the business. It had an excellent mix of practical and theoretical parts which worked perfectly over the two days. Cannot thank Vicki and Limini enough for this experience and I really hope I can work with them when I hopefully start my coffee business! - Fern D

I completed the advanced barista training course, carried out by Vicki. I can say this course was nothing short of amazing. I learned so much more than I ever thought I would, from the gate I knew it was going to be great simply by how Vicki spoke about coffee, I felt as though I had found my people. A perfectly balanced mix of hands-on training and theoretical discussion, demonstrations, and constructive criticism. I had a pre-course-chat with Vicki who asked me why I was there and what I wanted to get out of it, to which I replied that I was hoping to train people myself one day; Vicki then tailored my training experience to my needs with this in-mind effortlessly. 10/10 cannot recommend enough if you are even remotely interested in coffee/barista-ing, if I ever decide to open my own coffee shop I shall certainly be back for another course. - Danny Murphy
