I recently attended the "How to Start a Coffee Shop" course and found this very informative and very useful. Youri was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and has helped me to focus on important areas to further develop my ideas and business plan. The course follow up material is extensive and overall I believe this course is a must for anyone serious about the idea of starting or improving their own coffee shop business! I am looking forward now to Barista and Latte Art training from myself and my staff. - Gary

Hello My business partner and I attended the 2 on 1 course in late January. It was a ray of sunshine on an otherwise grey, wet and dull day. The course was informative, interesting and inspirational an on occassion... fun. The passion for coffee was evident from start to end, as well as the knowledge shared being invaluable. I recently went on the Barista and latte art course with Stu. It was a really excellent course, really informative and I learnt loads, not just about making good coffee at home, but where it comes from, how it is roasted and what makes a bad cup of coffee. Stu was an excellent trainer, really knows his stuff and is really passionate about coffee and was able to answer every question asked. He made the latte art look so easy and I could only wish my hearts and tulips looked so good. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone who enjoys drinking coffee, has a coffee machine at home or is thinking of getting one and wants to learn how to make a good cup of coffee. - Mena

Hi, I attended the full day Barista and Latte Art course with Stu as our trainer.( Sorry i was late, sat nav issues eneded up in wrong carr bottom road), I rang and Stu was really friendly and assured me it was fine and they would wait for me, a relief as already travelled 80 miles and didnt want to miss it. FANTASTIC, what a great day, Stu was passionate about coffee, which shone through, his knowledge was excellent, being not only able to answer questions but adding his own passion to the answers, which is infectious. Reading all the reviews, I know now why they are all so positive. Well done Limini and of course Stu im hooked and saving up for a coffee machine, in the meantime im honing my Cafetiere skills. My knowledge of coffee, i,m ashamed to say was limited to drinking it, I came away with a lot more knowledge of how to make the perfect coffee. I enjoyed each and evey moment of the day, Stu made us all feel relaxed and helped us enjoy it. Despite my tulips looking like twigs!!!. I managed eventually to create one, it was like scoring a hat trick at anfield for Liverpool against Everton( no offence to evertonians, ha ha). Seriously the course is really well structured Stu knows his stuff and encorages you through each stage. I would highly recomend the course to anyone, my course was a present what a great gift it was. Thanks again to Stu for making it a special day. This is a really great course, and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about starting up their own coffee shop. You can learn a lot from your own reading, research and experiences, but you get a whole lot more from Limini. Stuart is a very friendly and professional trainer who clearly loves coffee and working with and helping people. The hands on experience of working the machines and making great coffee was invaluable and lots of fun. I thought the How to Start a Coffee Shop course was excellent. It was well paced, suited to our needs (we booked a 2-on-1 with Stuart) and we left with the knowledge and reassurance needed to go on and set up our venture. I though the ready-made spreadsheets for planning and financial control were perfect for our needs - easy to understand but thorough and very useful at our business planning stage. Stuart was a very knowledgeable and professional trainer. His passion for the coffee business shone through and inspired us even further. I couldn't recommend the course highly enough. - Brendan

I would highly recommend the coffeeshop course for any start up business regardless of what how much experience you have or research you have previously done. It highlighted some flaws in my existing plan whilst equipping me with an in depth knowledge of the industry, especially the financials.
