After months of research on starting a coffee shop I realised how complex it is and how much work goes into starting a coffee shop from scratch. The fact that these guys clearly are experts in their field due to their knowledge and hands on experience in helping other businesses, left me feeling reassured. The course hasn't guaranteed my shop would be a success, but it means my chances of success are better than most. I booked the bespoke barista course in order to gain barista skills and learn latte art, enjoyable and educational experiences. Stu and Youri are very knowledgeable and very passionate about coffee everything you need to know about coffee and coffee making is covered in detail so you leave with everything you would need to know to make coffee. On top of all this you get to sample drinks through-out the day. When I arrived home I was on to the support page on the web site. Thanks again for a great day Stephen

We attended the bespoke 1 day Coffee Shop Start Up Course with Stu and can confidently say it was the best training course I have ever attended. It offered a completely relaxed training environment which was highly conducive to learning, and Stu's professionalism, expertise and passion for his subject were highly infectious! We learnt so much practice and theory in a short space of time which has given us the confidence to move forward with our business venture. My business partner and I attended the two-on-one theory only course, with Youri. Firstly, what a guy. Youri's spirit and passion for the industry is truly infectious. He gave us a lot of extremely valuable advice and guidance, along with the confidence to move our project forward. This type of training was completley new to us and so we went not knowing what to expect. The two days were very informative, interesting and relaxed. Stuart has a clear and genuine interest and passion for coffee and his style was such that we learnt loads, we were able to ask all the questions we had and went away feeling with the knowledge gained we will be able to offer a quality cup of coffee and service when we open our business.
