I chose to do the one on one training day as it offered me the privacy to talk freely about plans that are very much in the development stage. Youri's knowledge and advice was very useful and helped me to see even more potential in the proposed business than I had previously appreciated. The coffee training was not only incredibly informative it was immensely fun. I cannot wait to be able to put the training to practice, the course definitely gave me the confidence to pursue what I was worried may only be a pipe dream. I shall definitely be returning to Limini for advice, training and supplies in the future all being well! I thoroughly recommend the course to anyone who craves knowledge, confidence and a good coffee! - Emma

The course was very intersting and ran in a very relaxed and professional way. It helped Daniele (my business partner) and I to understand what takes to make a good coffee. Everybody can make coffee, but only few can make a great one and Youri and Stu are really passionate about it. Everything learned will really help when opening our cafe. Thanks Giuseppe and Daniele.

Well worth the barista training. Stuart is a top trainer, puts you totally at ease and lets you make all your mistakes in a safe, fun place while learning loads. The Ristretto is a revelation... the best coffee I've ever had. I didn't notice the coffee stains around my mouth till I got home, I drank loads!
